one.year.

yesterday was our one year anniversary. 

all day i kept thinking how blessed i am to have Scott in my life, he is my best friend and i could never live without him. we have had such a fun, amazing year together. we got little olive, moved from salt lake, and now we have a baby boy on the way. 

so, in honor of the big o-n-e year, i want to share a few things that i love the most about my husband:

i love that he always stops to fill up my gas when he drives my car, even if it is still almost full.

·     i love that he can fall asleep and be snoring within 3 minutes of lying down. i also love that he sleeps in his Ken Garff shirts every single night despite my protests.

·     i love that he puts up with my paranoia. he once went to Walmart at 3 in the morning to go buy bug traps because i was sure we had bed bugs, and of course we didn’t.

·     i love that he is a worthy priesthood holder and gives me blessings when i need them the most.

·     i love that he is so close with my family. he wrestles Cody, raps with Gordon, teases my mom, and hikes with my dad (for hours. in the snow. without snow pants)

i love that he goes out of his way to make me happy. bringing me symphony bars and smart waters.
i love that he is such a hard worker. he goes in early, stays late, and goes in on his day off just to provide for our family.

we had an absolutely wonderful anniversary. we were reminded how lucky we are to have each other. all i can say is i am so excited to see what the next year brings.
